Maikoda shook her head as she looked at that man that was practically a little brother to her adopted uncle. Her coppery eyes rolled slightly as the dramatic man ranted on and on to her friend, Ceol. She had walked with Ceol to work, only to be sucked into the conversation. Not that she minded. She enjoyed being included in everything Ceol did, not to mention the thigns that Roy did too. With her uncle so focused on his new daughter, she was more often than not, off running around, usually causing problems.
"Ready for a busy day, FullMoon alchemist?" Roy asked as he looked at his subordinate alchemist, Ceol. Ceol ran his hand through his grey and blonde hair, snorting. Outside of work, he, Roy and Maikoda were friends, but the moment work started, Ceol knew that the friendship would be put on hold. Despite that point, Ceol nodded and looked at Maikoda. "Please try to stay out of trouble today, alright?" He asked, earning a small smile from Roy as well.
Maikoda snorted and rolled her eyes as she looked from Ceol, to Roy, then back again. "Maikoda, don't make me have to bail you out of trouble with Huges again," Roy growled slightly, earning a glare from the copper haired girl. She then proceeded to wave them both off and wandered back out of the military building.
Maikoda looked back at the military building, then smiled slightly as she stretched and turned to look over the city from her higher perch. Now... She smiled slightly more as her eyes narrowed on a general area that was going to be her next destination. Now, was to find Tsume. That other wolf, like herself and Ceol, that hid in this city. She had met him a few times, and was quite interested in him now. He was different, slightly odd in her opinion, but she was raised by humans. Unlike Ceol, who was raised by wolf parents until he was a young teenager by human standards. So, of course one that was totally raised wild like this Tsume was interesting to Maikoda.
With those thoughts, Maikoda bounded silently down the steps of Command Central of the Military, and started off in the direction she had last seen Tsume. What could she say? She was a nosy little pup! Yet, she tried not to show her boundless excitement as she silently walked through the busy city. She occasionally passed a few other Military men, most of whom she knew from either Ceol, or her uncle Hughes, but she did nothing more than wave at them. No one but Hughes, Ceol and Roy Mustang knew about her and Ceol being wolves, and Maikoda wanted to keep it that way. It was safer that way, after all.
Ceol and Roy watched Maikoda go, and Ceol shook his head as Roy rubbed the back of his neck. "What will we do with her?" Roy asked with a growl of disapproval. "What is there to do with her? It's Maikoda," Ceol replied with a smile of amusement. Roy snorted again, clearly not amused. "Most young women her age start to find a man to settle down with. Least she could do is try to act semi normal to keep from raising suspicions," Roy started to wander back to his office, closely followed by Ceol. Ceol said nothing as he followed his Colonel. "You think she is and just not telling us?" Roy asked, his dark black-blue eyes glistening with wonder and curiousity. Ceol shrugged, also grinning in a meschevious way. It was on...

Pompeii stared at Roxy, one eyebrow arched in amusement. The girl, who had sandy brown hair and orange-red tips, sighed idly. She wore heavy makeup, especially around her eyes. Her brilliantly orange eyes with emerald streaks were emphasized by the makeup, and currently the glittered with amusement as she eyed her companion. "You sure 'bout this, Roxy?" Pompeii asked smoothly, "I'm not sure anyone'll take too kindly to you smuggling another wolf onto the base." Another wolf, because they were both wolves. Pompeii's parents, however, had been killed and ever since then, Pompeii had been masquerading as a human. A kindly family had taken her in, and from a very young age, Pompeii had kept her life a secret.
Roxine Valentine had discovered Pompeii's secret accidentally. The wolf had taken her wolf form in the park, and Roxine had assumed her lupine form as well, and ever since then, the two wolves had bonded. They were unlikely friends, but hey, wolves had to stick together in this world.
Waving her hand vaguely, Roxy chuckled. "Please, what they know won't hurt them." She said smoothly. "And I'm not planning on them finding out about either thing." The Chaos Alchemist really did live up to her name. She caused all kinds of trouble within the military. Really, for someone who had such an issue with authority, it was surprising that they'd ever let her into the military. But hey, now that they had her, they weren't about to get rid of her any time soon.
Pompeii shrugged. "You make a convincing case, Roxy. I'll be right back." The door was shut smoothly, and Pompeii wandered off to ask her 'parents' if she could spend the day with Roxy. When the appropriate agreements were made, she hurried back downstairs and scooted out the door. "All right, it's a go!" Pompeii said cheerfully.
Grinning, Roxy was off like a bullet. The two hurried down the street in unison, almost running into a lean, muscular man with an x-like scar on his chest. "Watch it!" Roxy snapped irritably, fixing the man beneath her multi-colored gaze. Unlike many, he didn't look particularly intimidated by her silver and crimson eyes, and met them with a cold golden stare of his own. Shivering, Roxy hurried away, leaving the man brushing off his leather clothing as if something dirty had touched it.
With a disgusted snort, the man wandered off again, rubbing the back of his head absently as he padded along. He, like many who wandered those streets, was more than he seemed. Tsume was a wolf. A wild raised, wild born wolf. However, he had fallen in with a gang in this city and swiftly climbed through the ranks. Now, he lead this ragtag band of thieves and made sure that they had food to eat at night and beds to sleep on and clothes to wear. It was a tiresome job, but someone had to do it. And Tsume, cold as he was, didn't mind shouldering the burden. He might not outwardly care, but the truth was, he did.
His nostrils flared, and though his senses were dimmed by his human form, he found Maikoda's scent easily. Perhaps it was because he was attuned to it, or perhaps it was because she'd gone through the area recently, but it didn't take Tsume long to figure out where she was headed. Amusement glinted in his golden eyes, and the man vanished, leaping from rooftop to rooftop, easily escaping notice, and hitting the ground lightly about a block ahead of her. And then he waited, lounging lazily against the wall, his gaze flicking about. None of his 'family' had seen him, it seemed, so Tsume was safe in detaching himself from the wall and wandering up to Maikoda as she passed him by.
He tried to keep his lives separate. The fact that Maikoda was a wolf and that she was so innocent meant that Tsume kept her far away from his life as a gang. He hadn't even mentioned the fact that he ran with a gang to her. And he didn't intend to, in all honesty. The wolf saw no point in it. "Took you long enough." Tsume said smoothly, his golden gaze flicking about absently.
Meanwhile, Roxy padded up to the building where she spent most of her time, a mischievous smile appearing on her features. She shifted her weight as she elbowed Pompeii lightly. "Okay, let's go. Look like you belong!" And with that, Roxine wandered in, leaving Pompeii behind.
Groaning, Pompeii looked around. Obviously there would be ID checkpoints, but Pompeii figured she could avoid them if she could just get so me cover to jump onto the roof--there! There was a tall enough tree that it would hide her leap from those that passed by. Perfect! Pompeii wandered up to it absently, wandering behind the tree. When she was mostly shielded from the curious gaze of those around her, she jumped, hitting the roof lightly.
Waiting for Roxy to appear again, Pompeii hit the ground lightly in the shadows, wandering up to her friend with an exhilarated laugh. "That was actually pretty fun!" Pompeii said cheerfully as they walked along, "Now, what was the point of this?" She narrowed her gaze in her friend's direction curiously.
Roxine snorted loudly. "We're going to go bother the poor alchemists that got stuck with us!" she proclaimed, grinning in amusement. This really was going to be fun. [/blockquote]

Maikoda wandered, humming to herself as she went. She had a bit of a skip in her step as she watched the different people that she passed. Each one was different, but none were as different as herself. Well, as far as she was aware. She didn't look too far into things. She just let her instincts, attitude and quick thinking guide her to where she was right now. Sure, her current position probably wasn't what most other wolves would call ideal, but she was happy with it. She actually loved it quite a bit. She loved her adopted uncle and his family, and she loved her wolf companion, Ceol and their human companion, Roy. Yet, she couldn't help but have the feeling that she was missing something important to a wolf like herself. Maybe that was why she was off looking for Tsume. She knew, in the back of her mind, that her uncle Maes would NOT approve of Tsume, at ALL.
Not that being rebellious was anything new for Maikoda. As if to prove her point, she lightly took a pomegrante from a fruit vendor's table without him realizing, and continued on her way. Sure, she was a wolf, but DEAR GOD OF THE WOLVES! How she loved her pomegranites.
Maikoda was just starting to tear into the tough skin of the pomegranite when there was the soft sound of movement beside her, then a voice behind her. She jolted slightly, tearing the skin of the fruit away from the core with her teeth in her jolt. She turned around, slightly wide-eyed to look at Tsume, then smiled boldly as she spat out the pomegranite skin. "Ass. Since when do you wait for me? Since when do you seem to appreciate me coming to stalk you? Are you feeling alright?" She smiled and tore more of the fruits skin away before getting a horrifyed look on her face. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH TSUME?!" She yelped, then smiled once more and danced away a few paces, just in case he decided to swing at her. She procceded to skip backwards to a pile of old wooden boxes to sit and tear her pomegranite in half. Her smile only widened as she finally reached the juicy seeds that she loved so much.
Roy was sitting down at his desk when Ceol entered the office again. The office, which usually had a bunch of other personel that fell under Roy's watch in it, was empty since all of the personel were on their vacation this week. It was an odd feeling, to be the only one still working for Roy this week, but Ceol had other things to worry about. "Sir. Chaos was seen comin' in. Brought her pest with her," Ceol said with a small smile. He may have been saying the words, but he meant them in the nicest way possible. It really wasn't like Ceol to be a total ass, unless he really didn't know that person, or if he happened to dislike them. But, neither of these were the case with Roxine and Pompeii. She didn't mind either of them, and quite frankly, had a bit of a fancy for the Chaos Alchemist. Though, he knew better than to admit such things since they both were in the military together, and could be punished for such things.
Roy looked up from his papers as Ceol spoke, and snorted. "Of course they are. Valentine is just like her mother. Fuher worked with her parents, remember?" "Of course, Sir. Hear interesting stories about them all the time. She inherited her..." "Her attitude." Roy said with a sigh as he put some things away, clearly getting himself ready for what ever trouble Rox and Pompeii could throw at them. He, like Ceol, really didn't mind the two girls, even though Pompeii didn't work there. As long as Pompeii didn't visit every day, which she didn't, he was fine. Which was saying something. Roy was often unhappy, but that was just because he was always tired or stressed with work. Oh, the wonderful life of being a Colonel.

Tsume snorted as Maikoda spoke, rolling golden eyes. "Maybe I've just given up on avoiding you, oh determined one." Tsume said smoothly, rolling his eyes and mostly ignoring her as she chirped happily. It was only when she sat down on the box that Tsume flopped down next to her, flopping onto his stomach and eyeing her with a degree of amusement.
"A pomegranate? Really?" Tsume asked with a snort. He preferred to stick to true lupine food. Like meat. Usually he would skip town a few times a week and go hunting. He'd have to shake the clingier members of his gang, who didn't like it when he vanished, but hey, Tsume wasn't about to eat human food. It was gross and demeaning, to say the least. They were wolves. They didn't need to eat food that humans provided them.
The grey wolf snorted to himself, stretching lazily. "What brings you out here?" He asked coolly, turning onto his side to eye Maikoda curiously. It had been a while since she'd last dragged herself out there. Not that he blamed her. If he could live somewhere far away from here, he would too. But he had a duty to the people that he protected and that meant that he couldn't totally skip town. As much as he pretended he didn't care about them he did. They weren't his favorite people in the world, but he didn't hate them.
Pompeii sighed, looking around curiously. "Roxy, the place is deserted. Why are we here?" The blonde girl said with a sigh. It wasn't fun when there was no one there. Roxine's partner in crime wasn't as imaginative as her friend, but then, Pompeii wasn't a real prankster. She was more of MAKE FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE kind of girl. Pompeii liked to meet people. Strangers had such interesting stories. Talking was more fun than pranking.
However, in that respect, Roxy took after her mother. She loved pranking people. "Ceol and Mustang will still be here." Roxy said smoothly, "And there'll be grunts and stuff too. This will be fun!" Roxy said smoothly, "Plus, you'll have Mustang." Pompeii may or may not have had the slightest crush on Mustang, but that didn't stop the girl from shooting Roxy a nasty look and swatting her on the arm.
Roxy rolled her eyes and lashed out at Pompeii, amusement glittering in her eyes as they dissolved into a play fight. It took them a few moments to collect themselves and straighten their clothes, but after that, they proceeded like there was nothing wrong. After all, it had only been a play fight. They were still friends, in the end. And Pompeii had dirt on Roxy.
"Aight, come on. Let's go get your boyfriend, Roxy." Pompeii said with a smirk, skipping lightly away and breaking into a run down the hallway. Roxy leaped after her and they raced down the hallway, skidding to a stop to bang on the door in unison.
"We know you're in there!" Roxy hummed happily as she grinned at Pompeii. See, today would be fun. Even if Pompeii was being a pain in the behind this morning.

Maikoda ignored Tsume's grunts and questioning as she picked at the fruit. "There is a reason the humans call it Aphrodite's Fruit... It's WONDERFUL!." She hummed as she popped more of the sweet seeds into her mouth. Red juice from the fruit stained her hands and plastered her skin with the sweet smell, which slightly irritated her. "Or maybe it's because it's used in Viagra.... I don't remember which," She added after fretting mentally over the juice over her hands. After that comment, she frowned, looking at her hands as she thought for a moment, then shrugged, not really caring which of her facts was right or wrong. Either way, she knew what she was talking about at least a little bit!
For a moment, Maikoda stopped eating the fruit's seeds and started to lick the staining juice off of her hands, listening to Tsume ask his typical question. "Bored. My uncle had the day off and was taking his family somewhere for the day. Don't like being alone. Ceol had to work for the Mutts. So I decided to bother you, feel loved," She said with a small snicker as she proceeded to work on the juice on one hand. She fell silent after than, but held a sly look in her eyes as she looked at the scarred wolf-man. Then came the move.
Leaning over with her uncleaned, sticky, juice covered, stained red hand, she pushed her hand just infront of Tsume's face. "WANNA TASTE!?" She said loudly, laughing of course, just before quickly wiping her hand across his face and bolting off a few feet away from him. She was all prepared for the chase, but was bubbiling with pure amusement and excitement.
"Smells good, Don't It?" She barked as she jumped onto a closed dumpster to look down at the other wolf. "Tastes good to!" She laughed happily. Had she been showing her true, wolf form, her tail would have been darting from side to side in her pure, untainted excitement and joy. "But... not as good as me. I'm better than any damn goddess fruit!" She laughed again, nearly slipping off of the dumpster lid in the process. She quickly regained her balance and proceeded to taunt Tsume with faces and some little dances.
Silence had lasted longer than what was typical. Roy and Ceol decided that the statement that Roxine was there was false, and sat down at their desks and started to work on the paperwork that needed to be done by the end of the week. Well, that was what they were supposed to be doing, and it was what Ceol was doing. He, with ease, was filling out incident reports and reading their files with a content look in his eyes. The moment he looked over at his Colonel to ask him a question, though, he frowned. Roy was leaning on his desk, face flat in a book, asleep. Of course, Ceol thought as he watched the Colonel for a moment, then shook his head and looked back at his current paperwork. All fell silent again, except for the soft, deep breathing of the colonel on his desk.
Then it happened. That sharp noise of the knock. Ceol had heard the footsteps approching the door quickly and was prepared for it, but not Roy. The moment the banging started, he leapt out of his chair, toppeling backwards onto the floor, pulling the black wheely chair with him. There was a loud thud and grunting yelp from the man as he landed, then he just stayed there. Shock. Anger. Surprise. Shock...Shock....
His heart raced as he just lay there, listening to Ceol stand up and wander to the door and open it to the other alchemist and her companion.
"Must you do that?" Ceol asked with a smile as he shot a glance over at the seemingly empty desk of the Colonel. He silently wondered if the man was alright. Wasn't he going to get up? Or was he really hurt this time? Well... that is what he gets for sleeping on the job.
Yet, Ceol looked at the desk again. He heard movement, then the Colonel's head pop up over the desk. His face was less than amused, infact, almost furious. Slowly, he stood up, fixed his jacket, and walked over to the two young women. His face went deathly calm looking, and Ceol backed up. He didn't know what was more scary... The fact that he KNEW the Colonel was mad, or the fact that a small, manic smile was forming on the dark haired man's face.
"Good Morning, Chaos...." Roy said in an oddly calm voice as his eye twitched. "Want to tell me why you are causing so much unneeded noise??" He growled, his manic smile only getting wider as his eye twitched madly.

Tsume rolled his eyes, shaking his head lazily as he swept his golden gaze across the city. A low laugh escaped him as he listened to Maikoda's words, mostly tuning her out as he examined the world around him. "They've been calling it Aphrodite's Fruit since before Viagra was a glitter in anyone's eye." Tsume said absently, glancing idly at Maikoda. She seemed to be mostly entertained, so he glanced away once more, watching the city silently.
He tracked the form of a member of his 'gang' through the crowd absently, keeping an eye on them even when they thought he had vanished off the face of the planet. His gang never got too worried about it, truthfully. Whenever he went hunting, they got used to it. Sometimes, he warned them. Sometimes he didn't. It depended on what kind of mood that he was in when he was leaving. And they dealt with the random disappearances because he took better care of them than anyone else would even though he didn't appear to give a crap about them.
Maikoda's words brought him back to the present, and Tsume snorted loudly. "Ah, of course. You only come to see me when you get bored." Though his tone was as cold as ever, there was a slight teasing note to it. "I feel very loved." His tone was cool as ever as he scratched the back of his head absently, rolling onto his side on the box that he had claimed as his own. His hand scratched absently and lazily at the X-shaped scar on his chest.
He didn't look too amused by the hand in his face, but mostly, Tsume didn't really react. He was struck by surprise, however, when she smeared her hand on his features. He wrinkled his nose at the assault of the sickly sweet scent, rolling his eyes in distaste. Childish. Very childish. And not planned particularly well.
A cunning plan grew in his mind as sat up lazily, his gaze tracking her as she danced away from him. "Delicious." He commented idly, watching as she leaped on the dumpster lid. Did she really think that the dumpster was going to keep her out of his reach? He was a wolf, after all, and though the humans may not have realized it, she certainly should have. So, keeping his face solemn, Tsume listened idly to her words.
When she nearly slipped, he bit back a laugh, still eyeing her silently. He let a few moments pass before moving in a blur of motion, grabbing the trash can's lid and trying to yank it sideways. His goal was to make her fall, whether it was into the trash (as was his plan) or onto the sidewalk or whatever. But whether or not it worked depended entirely upon Maikoda. Either way, he had enacted his plan.
Meanwhile, Roxy and Pompeii were having fun. The Chaos Alchemist smirked at Ceol as he swung the door open, "Of course I have to." Roxine said with a grin. "Pompeii wanted to come visit! So we came to say hi. Where's Mustang?" Standing on her tip toes, Roxy craned her neck, only to spot Mustang's angry face coming up over the desk. Whoops. It looked like they'd really pissed him off that time.
Stepping sideways swiftly, Roxy shoved Pompeii forward, hoping that Mustang would be less snappy with Pompeii than with her.
Pompeii blinked slowly, her orange and green eyes widening slightly at the calm sight of Mustang. It was like the calm before the storm; Roxy wouldn't have shoved her over there if Mustang was in a good mood. Roxy had too much fun ruining Mustang's good moods. Which could be annoying, but hey. Pompeii didn't really have room to complain about one of her select few friends.
Roxine, meanwhile, grinned easily at Mustang. "Morning!" She chirped cheerfully, her voice innocent and happy. "We just wanted to say hi! So hi!" Roxine said cheerfully, shooting Pompeii a meaningful look. She wanted the girl to say hi too! That way they could pretend to have an innocent reason to come here.
Of course, their reasons for coming here were far from innocent. Still, Pompeii laughed silently at Roxy before turning her gaze to Mustang. "Yep. Hi! Did you miss us?" Pompeii asked teasingly, though she knew she probably shouldn't be pushing his buttons. The manic smile was starting to creep her out, anyways. So Pompeii ducked past him quickly, leaving Roxine sitting outside was she edged into the office swiftly and moved to hide behind Ceol.
Roxine stood for a few seconds, looking at Mustang's expression before making a swift retreat as well, running into the office and ducking behind Pompeii. Well, he still probably wouldn't get as pissy with Pompeii as he would with her, since Pompeii wasn't a member of the military like she was.

Maikoda's eyes watched Tsume, slyly focused. She knew he was plotting. She knew that for sure. He was not one to let others go unpunished for their annoying actions. Which was why she stood on top of the dumpster. She had regained her balance and tense, waiting.
She waited only a few moments before she caught him moving towards the dumpster. She snickered and yelped slightly as the lid started to move, but was thankful for her wolf-reactions as she jumped from the moving lid and over Tsume. "Check Mate, mate!" She barked as she landed, but stumbled and rolled onto the ground, laughing happily. She rolled up onto her knees and turned to face Tsume once more. Her coppery-gold eyes glistened with her amusement as she wiped her red-stained hands onto her pants. The red, sticky juice stained the dark blue fabric of her pants, but she didn't seem to care as she finally stood up again and grinned slyly once more. Why was she so wound up this morning? She didn't know. Maybe because she was bored to death and needed to burn energy.
She started to nonchalantly walk around Tsume, towards the box that he had been lounging on. "Ya' know, I didn't think I would make that landing as well as I did," She said as she picked at the edge of her shirt as she walked. "Guess I am just full of surprises," She growled as she launched herself at Tsume with a smile.
Roy was less than pleased. Why did they have to be here now, this early... and in his office. "I never...miss... you..." Mustang snarled as he slammed the door shut again and glared at the two young women. Ceol rolled his eyes. "Sir, If I may," He said as he stood tall, trying to get the Colonel's attention. Mustang's gaze shifted, proving that Ceol's trick worked. "What is it, Rhapsodos?" He growled. "Sir, it is the first tuesday of the month. It has been your....tradition... do visit the graveyard today, Sir," He said as he shot Pompeii and Roxy a glance of "Thank me later".
Mustang grumbled and nodded. He knew what day it was. Damn days. Damn girls. Damn everything. He was irritated, all because of Roxy's noisy entrance. Had she not scared the crap out of him, he probably would have been alright. But No! She had to be the idiot that she was. Just like her mother and father. For blazes sake. "Don't expect me to take them with me," Roy huffed as he stood tall once more and fixed his uniform. He wandered to the office closet, where his extra shirt and coat were, and pulled them out. He never went to the graveyard in uniform. Never. It was just something he didn't do.
"But sir? Wouldn't you like the company of someone?" Ceol asked as he winked at the girls, and let a teasing smile form on his face. Roy Mustang only snorted and began to undo his shirt to change.
